Description: 

The participants of the Mission to Mars game are the first people ever chosen to colonize the red planet. Each team is a multi-disciplinary team with different roles and responsibilities.  They need to work together within their own team and with other teams to create a successful colony while keeping the stakeholder’s requirements in mind. Can they align their responsibilities, deliver on time, and keep the overview?

ASML NETWORK YOUR WAY TO SUCCESS

Goal: Making meaningful connections

Description: 

Getting to know your colleagues, knowing whom to contact and using each others’ strengths are instrumental for being successful within ASML. In this game, participants will speed date. At each meeting point they’ll encounter different challenges and different team players. Challenges are based upon their name, picture, work, education, and more. At the end of the game everyone has a detailed ‘profile’ about themselves. They use this to introduce themselves to the group in a fun, low threshold and interactive way.

ASML COMMUNICATION GAME

Client: ASML

Target group: New employees

Goal: Communicate effectively

Description: 

Each team is divided into 4 sub teams and spread across the building. Each sub team has a part of the information needed to fill the map. This information in encoded with the use of commonly used abbreviations within ASML. By means of walkie talkies they must relay information to each other to fill out their map (their end objective). Can the teams communicate efficiently and get the job done within the time limit? How do they deal with static on the line? Can they find a better way?

ASML ESCAPE THE MAZE GAME

Client: ASML

Target group: New employees

Goal: Getting to know the different tools/methodologies/models/ processes

Description: 

ASML uses a lot of methodologies, tools, processes and models which can be overwhelming for new hires. The goal of this game is to let them familiarize with these concepts. The teams start in the middle of the maze and scan a QR-code, which contains a case with a certain methodology, tool, process or model as an answer. For each answer they’ll receive a puzzle piece. If it’s correct, they can continue to the next case. If not, it is a dead end and they need to try again. The first team out of the maze wins!
